New tax partner for Luxembourg office
Ogier have announced that Caroline Bormans has joined the Luxembourg office as a partner.
Caroline specialises in corporate tax, international tax structuring, mergers & acquisitions and relocation of companies, optimisation of intellectual property rights, tax aspects of real estate investments, acquisition of distressed debt and all tax matters related to investment funds. She has extensive experience having worked for a Luxembourg corporate law firm as well as for leading, global accountancy/professional services firms in Belgium and Luxembourg and at her own boutique legal practice, focusing on tax and general business law.
