Cassandra Zanelli—Taylor&Emmet

New partner for business litigation team

Taylor&Emmet has appointed property management specialist, Cassandra Zanelli, as a partner in its business litigation team.

Having worked with landlords, management companies and leaseholder collectives from across the UK and Northern Ireland, Cassandra has a wealth of property litigation experience, including the installation of debt recovery systems. She joins Taylor&Emmet from a niche property management firm in Nottingham.

Rob Cooke, Taylor&Emmet’s head of property litigation, says: “Cassandra is an accomplished solicitor and will no doubt be a valuable addition to our team. Her proactive approach to cases and specialist skill set will enable us to enhance the services we offer to property owners and managers. I am looking forward to working with her to develop new initiatives and build on the firm’s growing client base within this sector."
