Claire van Rees—Sackers

Pensions' partner promotion

Sacker & Partners LLP has promoted Claire van Rees to partner.

Claire is an experienced pensions lawyer who advises trustee and employer clients on a wide range of issues including pension scheme mergers, tax legislation, auto-enrolment and scheme funding. She has particular expertise in DC benefits and setting up DC master trusts.

Claire is a leading member of Sackers’ defined contribution team which provides practical and specialist advice on all aspects of DC schemes in this increasingly important area of pension provision.
