Clarke Willmott—Ed Foulkes

Head of office appointed in Manchester

Ed Foulkes has been appointed the new head of office at national law firm Clarke Willmott LLP in Manchester. 

Ed grew up in Stockport and joined Clarke Willmott as a partner in 2012. As head of the firm’s corporate team in Manchester, he advises clients across a range of sectors including financial services, technology, fintech and healthcare. His specialisms include mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, buy-outs, joint ventures and restructuring.  

Clarke Willmott’s Manchester office was founded in 2010 and has grown to become a full service offering with more than 70 staff.  

Ed Foulkes said: 'I am proud to be appointed to this role at an exciting time for the office and the firm generally. Our Manchester base is home to fantastic specialist teams and has recently attracted some great new hires. I expect that growth to continue.
