The ceremony is being organised by Globespan Media, the team behind the long-running What House? Awards. Daniel Hill, the company’s director and founder of the new event, said the awards aim to highlight the ‘underappreciated’ but vital role of conveyancing in the housing market. He added that the categories have been designed to reflect a broad range of achievements, from regional excellence to innovation and leadership across the profession.
Entries for the awards open on 14 December 2025, with 14 categories available to recognise both individual and team accomplishments. Submissions, which cost £150 plus VAT per entry, close on 14 February 2026. The awards have also secured Show House Searches as headline sponsor, with the company’s business development director, James Shepherd, describing the partnership as a ‘natural fit’ for an event that unites legal and property professionals.
The judging panel will be announced early in 2026, followed by the shortlist in the spring. Hill said he looked forward to collaborating with Show House Searches to raise the awards’ profile and build excitement ahead of May’s ceremony.
