Corker Binning has added a new partner to its criminal litigation practice in London to further strengthen its offering and expertise in the defence of individuals subject
to investigation and prosecution.
Paul Morris joins from BCL Solicitors where he spent 19 years, several of which was as Head of the Serious and General Crime practice.
He has extensive experience in complex and serious crime, defending a range of general criminal matters including homicide, sexual offences, blackmail, drugs offences and assault.
He is particularly noted for his experience in crisis and reputation management, advising professionals from the finance, music, medical, sports, political and teaching professions in relation to serious and complex investigations and prosecutions.
Morris has previously defended Sir Cliff Richard. He also acted for former ITV presenter the late Caroline Flack and the golfer Thorbjorn Olesen.

Corker Binning has been building its criminal litigation practice in recent months. Paul Morris’ hire follows the promotion of general crime lawyer Danielle Reece-Greenhalgh to the firm’s partnership in April this year.
