COVID-19: Private international law toolkit

A COVID-19 toolkit has been developed by the Permanent Bureau of the Hague Conference on Private International Law (HCCH)

It gathers together references to resources and publications of particular relevance to the current pandemic, and is designed to assist users of HCCH conventions and instruments. The Permanent Bureau said it hopes the toolkit will ‘continue to encourage the effective operation of the HCCH instruments, ultimately ensuring better access to justice for individuals, families and companies across the globe, as well as facilitating cross-border trade, investment and dispute resolution, even in these uncertain times’.

The toolkit, which launched this week, can be found at: https://assets.hcch.net/docs/538fa32a-3fc8-4aba-8871-7a1175c0868d.pdf.
