The use of company voluntary arrangements (CVAs) may increase as the recession continues to bite, a leading insolvency partner has predicted. Corporate insolvencies and company administrations have risen by more than half since the corresponding time last year, according to fi gures released by the Insolvency Service for the fi rst three months of 2009.
