DAC Beachcroft joins ClimateWise

DAC Beachcroft has become the first law firm member of ClimateWise, a global insurance industry collaboration committed to reducing the impact of climate change on society.

Denise Eastlake, head of the DAC Beachcroft climate change desk, said: ‘We have increasingly been advising our insurance clients on the legal challenges arising from climate change, so by becoming members, we are practising what we preach.’

ClimateWise represents a growing network of more than 35 global insurance organisations, including (re)insurers, brokers, loss adjusters and industry bodies, helping them align their combined expertise in responding to the risks and opportunities of climate change.
