International law firm DAC Beachcroft has continued the expansion of its national Professional Liability practice, appointing Kirstie Pike and Simy Khanna as partners in Bristol.
Moving from RPC, Kirstie and Simy each have over 20 years' experience of advising insurers and professionals, in particular lawyers, on complex professional negligence claims. Both are highly regarded for their technical expertise, commercial approach and long-standing client relationships.
Kirstie, who returns to DACB after more than 11 years with the firm earlier in her career, also has considerable experience of defending claims against insurance brokers, while Simy is regularly instructed on coverage issues, including claims involving suspected fraud.
