"The arrival of Richard, Dan and Rachel is part of our strategic investment in our expanding international Cyber and Data Risk practice for our clients across the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East," explained Hans Allnutt, Head of Cyber at DAC Beachcroft. "Client demand has also been growing for greater strength in depth in technology errors & omissions expertise, as well as in regulatory investigations and privacy litigation, and we are thrilled to have Richard, Dan and Rachel on board to respond to these demands.

"We know there is a very strong cultural fit between us in terms of collaboration, teamwork and shared success, which is so critically important when specialising in crisis-based legal work."

Richard Breavington added, "Cyber risk continues to evolve at pace, and insurers are facing increasing pressure to deliver swift, coordinated responses across multiple jurisdictions. With cyber specialists based in most of its international offices, DAC Beachcroft’s Cyber and Data Risk practice has an outstanding reputation, particularly for its range of insurance expertise and the strength and breadth of its team.
