Lawyers' liability practice welcomes partner in Bristol

International law firm DAC Beachcroft has appointed Sam Kneebone as a partner in its lawyers’ liability practice in Bristol. Sam joins from RPC where he specialised in defending negligence claims and regulatory investigations primarily against solicitors, barristers, accountants and auditors.

Clare Hughes-Williams, partner in DACB’s Lawyers’ Liability team, commented: 'We’re delighted to welcome Sam to DACB.  His proven track record in handling complex, multi-party professional negligence claims against solicitors, his technical expertise and his strong client relationships will be major assets for our business, as we look to achieve our ambitious growth plans. His expertise in handling disciplinary proceedings will be a particularly valuable addition to our already thriving regulatory practice.'

DACB’s professional risk specialists are based across the UK, including Scotland and Northern Ireland. Our Lawyers’ Liability team has represented legal professionals in large City, regional and international law firms, as well as those in specialist partnerships and smaller high street firms.
