Firm hires 11-partner team from Matthew Arnold & Baldwin
Dentons has announced that the banking and finance litigation group of Matthew Arnold & Baldwin is to join the firm on 1 February 2016. The group's arrival significantly expands Dentons' highly-regarded litigation practice and creates one of the largest financial disputes and contentious regulatory teams in the UK.
The Watford-based team includes 11 partners, 34 associates and 30 paralegals. Led by Steven Mills and Clare Stothard, the practice is predominantly focussed on financial litigation and investigations work for major banks.
Dentons' enlarged financial and commercial disputes group will comprise 18 partners and over 100 fee earners, offering clients enhanced capabilities in complex financial litigation and regulatory investigations.
