We are pleased to announce that Andrew Cromb has joined Devonshires as a Partner to establish a dedicated tax practice at the firm.
Andrew joins us
from Linklaters and will be based in our London office. The appointment
reflects our continued investment in areas where our clients’ needs are
evolving, strengthening our ability to provide comprehensive and joined-up
advice across practice disciplines.
With more than
15 years’ experience, Andrew advises on the tax aspects across corporate, real
estate, and investment transactions.
Andrew has
worked with a range of organisations, including private equity firms, financial
institutions, multinational businesses and housing associations.
The new tax
practice will complement our existing expertise and enable us to bring
specialist tax advice on matters in-house. This will provide our clients with
access to tax related legal advice from the outset of structuring any given
transaction.
