Divorce online

Rothera Dowson introduces new online divorce service

Law firm Rothera Dowson is to sell templates of legal documents for divorce and dissolutions of civil partnerships online. It will provide a service ranging from simply completing the forms online to having solicitors complete the forms and submit the documents to the court at each stage. It says this service will allow clients to access affordable legal advice when legal aid is restricted for family law matters next April. Prices start from £120 for divorce or dissolution and £30 for name change documents.
