New managing partner of Frankfurt Office
Bryan Cave LLP announced that Tobias Fenck will serve as managing partner of the Frankfurt office. The M&A and private equity specialist will be the second managing partner in Germany, working closely with Hamburg office managing partner Eckart Budelmann.
Tobias was one of the founding partners of the Frankfurt office. He advises national and international clients in the areas of M&A, private equity and venture capital. His clients include German and international funds, mid-size and family-owned enterprises as well as international conglomerates. Aside from his transactional practice, Fenck also focuses on ongoing corporate matters, including restructurings, joint ventures and other business combinations. Prior to joining Bryan Cave, he was a partner at an international law firm in Frankfurt.
“We are very pleased that Tobias is willing to take on this important task. Over the last four years, he played a decisive role in the Frankfurt office and in winning important clients,” says Bryan Cave chair Therese Pritchard. “Together with Tobias Fenck and Eckart Budelmann as managing partners, we will grow further within the German market.”
“I am pleased that the firm has confidence in me to bring this expansion forward as managing partner,” Tobias says. “Our Frankfurt office is still very young for such a traditional international law firm like Bryan Cave. But we would like to expand our presence, especially in the areas of corporate and M&A as well as in the sectors of banking and real estate.”
