Education (Penalty Notices) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 (SI 2012/1046)

Amends the Education (Penalty Notices) (England) Regulations 2007, SI 2007/1867, to increase the penalty for truancy of pupils from schools from £50 to £60 when payment is made within 28 days of notice and from £100 to £120 where the payment is made after 28 days but before 42 days of notice. This does not apply where the offences were wholly or partly committed
