Firm makes senior corporate partner appointment
Howes Percival has expanded its Milton Keynes office with the recruitment of corporate commercial partner Edward Lee, who specialises in larger corporate deals and international transactions with a focus on the technology and software sectors.
Edward joins Howes Percival from Blake Morgan where he was partner and head of corporate finance for Thames Valley.
With over 20 years' experience as a transactional and advisory corporate finance lawyer, Edward has extensive experience in M&A work and other corporate transactions and specialises in large and complicated cross-border deals. He has a leading reputation for handling multi-million pound corporate finance work. In addition to advising corporate clients, he regularly advises venture capital and private equity firms as well as high-net-worth individuals.
