Employment Rights (Increase of Limits) Order 2007 (SI 2007/3570)

Compensation for various tribunal awards increased from 1 February 2008 in respect of claims arising after that date: the maximum compensatory award for unfair dismissal increased from £60,600 to £63,000; the maximum limit on a week’s pay (for calculation of the basic award and statutory redundancy payments) increased from £310 to £330.
