The European Commission has published practical guidance on no-deal Brexit to member states, covering five areas

While a no-deal departure now looks unlikely, since the EU has extended the deadline to 31 October, it is still a possibility.

This week, the Commission published guidance to ensure a co-ordinated EU approach to no-deal Brexit in the areas of: citizens’ residence and social security entitlements; police and judicial co-operation in criminal matters; medicinal products and medical devices; data protection; and fisheries.
