Football Association Premier League Ltd v QC Leisure Ltd [2008] All ER (D) 182 (Nov)

The court has jurisdiction under CPR r 19.2(a) to join parties as claimants to national court proceedings in which questions have been referred to the European Court of Justice (ECJ) where the joinder application is solely for the purpose of making submissions to the ECJ on the referred questions.
