Human rights organisation hold second event in law & literature series
On Thursday 4 December Justice members are invited to "An evening with Robert Harris", the second event in its "Securing Justice at 60" law & literature series. The evening will be held in the Great Hall at Lincoln's Inn and hosted by Lord Grabiner QC and Baroness Kennedy QC.
Best-selling author, Robert Harris, will read from his new book An Officer & A Spy—winner of the Walter Scott Prize for Historical Fiction 2014—a gripping historical thriller giving a compelling account of France's most infamous miscarriage of justice, the Dreyfus affair.
The reading will be followed by a Question and Answer session, book signing and drinks and canapes.
This is an exclusive event for Justice members (members may also purchase tickets on behalf of one guest). Tickets cost £50 and all profits go to the "Securing Justice at 60" Appeal.
For more information and to book your tickets, visit the Justice website, or call 020 7329 5100.
Other events in the series will include:
11 February 2015—"An Evening with Hilary Mantel"
Spring 2015—"An Evening with Ian McEwan"
