The Bar Council has launched a series of online events to help barristers and chambers provide a supportive workplace culture, and tackle bullying, harassment and discrimination
The events, to be held in the autumn, are aimed at members of chambers management committees, chief executives and directors, senior clerks and practice managers, and pupil supervisors.
Four sessions are planned, covering challenging behaviour, employee management and investigations and disciplinary processes.
Paul Newhall, co-chair of the chambers management panel and chief executive at Landmark Chambers, said: ‘Anyone with a role in managing chambers should find the events interesting, practical and useful.’
