Excello Law—Caroline Gray & Mick Hewitt

Corporate and commercial property partners appointed in Manchester and Stoke

Excello Law has appointed corporate partner Caroline Gray and commercial property partner Mick Hewitt as it continues to expand across its North West and Midlands hubs. Gray will be based in Stoke, while Hewitt joins the firm in Manchester.

Gray (pictured) joins from Beswicks Legal and advises on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and commercial contracts. Hewitt, who joins from Glaisyers, brings more than 25 years’ experience in commercial property matters, including residential and mixed-use development projects, real estate finance and corporate support work.

Hewitt has acted for developers on a number of inner-city schemes across Manchester, Preston and Hull involving retail and hotel elements. His appointment further strengthens Excello’s real estate capabilities in the North West.

Jo Losty, chief operating officer at Excello Law, said: ‘We are delighted to welcome Caroline and Mick to our expanding teams.’ She added that their expertise ‘further strengthens the depth and breadth of services we can offer clients across the region and beyond.
