Excello Law—Hestia Private Client

Excello Law welcomes ex-Irwin Mitchell team to launch Hestia Private Client
Elizabeth Pearson, Charlotte Pegg, Katherine Wainman and Thomas Wainman will practise as Hestia Private Client, joining Excello Law’s market-leading House of Brands model.

All four lawyers previously worked in the private client team together at Irwin Mitchell and, before that, at leading private client firm Wrigleys Solicitors.

Excello’s market-leading House of Brands model grows to 13 practices with the addition of Hestia Private Client. Established as a groundbreaking model giving entrepreneurial, experienced lawyers the opportunity to launch their own legal brand, House of Brands comes with support from Excello’s premium administrative, compliance, finance and operational teams.

Elizabeth Pearson comments: "Joining Excello's House of Brands gives us the freedom to build Hestia Private Client on our own terms, with clients and our close-knit team at the centre of everything we do. Our vision is to provide a personalised service without compromise or corporate overreach. Excello's premium support across compliance, operations and technology means we can concentrate on advising our clients from day one.”

Hestia Private Client will act for high-net-worth clients and their families in relation to wills and estates planning, trust advisory matters, probate and estate administration, and lasting powers of attorney. They have a breadth of experience advising business owners and entrepreneurial families, farms and agri-businesses, trustees, executors, and international clients.

The House of Brands model's continued success reflects Excello’s differentiation and growing stature in the fee-share market. The firm’s industry-leading support spans everything from seed investment to web development, branding, recruitment and admin support that is exceptional. This sits alongside Excello’s wider practice of over 200 lawyers advising on corporate, commercial, litigation and real estate matters, underlining the scale and depth behind the House of Brands model.

Jo Losty, Excello Law COO, comments: "Hestia Private Client is exactly the calibre of team our House of Brands model was designed for: experienced, entrepreneurial and deeply committed to their clients. We have worked hard to build an unmatched team of support staff spanning everything from compliance and IT to branding and admin support that is exceptional.

“We are delighted to welcome Elizabeth, Charlotte, Katherine and Thomas to Excello Law and can't wait to see Hestia Private Client thrive."
