Law is delighted to welcome Stephen Morrall as its newest partner, a highly
experienced corporate and commercial solicitor with a career spanning both
industry and private practice.
Stephen
has built a long and varied career across in-house and private practice roles.
He is a trusted adviser to UK and overseas entrepreneurs, private companies,
charities, partnerships, unincorporated associations, landed estates and their
directors and trustees, on the full range of corporate and business issues they
face.
A
fluent German speaker, Stephen also acts for companies from the DACH region
entering the UK market and doing business here, a specialism that fits closely
with Excello's own growing ambitions in the region.
Strengthening Excello's Anglo-German arm
With
Stephen's arrival, Excello now looks to build out its Anglo-German capability
alongside long-standing Excello Law partner Gitta Altmann, bringing together
two experienced, German-speaking corporate lawyers able to support clients moving
between the UK and German-speaking markets.
Driven
by Stephen's own connections in the DACH region, Excello Law will be joining
the WIRAS Verbund, an international network of German-speaking lawyers, tax
advisers and auditors with member firms across more than 40 countries. The
future link with the network will give clients with interests in Germany,
Austria and Switzerland access to a wider group of local advisers across
Europe.
