Corporate & international arbitration partners come on board

The London office of Faegre Baker Daniels has welcomed partners Amy Comer and Adrian Jones to the firm, both of whom join from Crowell and Moring.

Amy has joined the firm’s corporate group. She is highly experienced advising on a wide range of cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships, and has previously lived in the United States and Russia.

Adrian, who joins the business litigation group, focuses his practice on international arbitration in the oil and gas, mining and metals sectors, with additional experience in matters relating to construction projects and pharmaceutical companies.
