AS v TH and others [2016] EWHC 2825 (Fam), [2016] All ER (D) 77 (Nov)

The Family Division held that it had jurisdiction to make final orders and made final child arrangements orders, in a case where two children had been retained in England by their mother after having previously lived in Scotland with their fathers.
