The third edition of the Family Law Protocol has been published. It has been significantly amended has 150 pages of practice guides under 11 chapter headings.
Sir Nicholas Wall, president of the Family Division, said Pt 1, the main protocol, would assist practitioners in achieving the “overriding objective” to enable courts to deal with cases justly.
