European law firm Fieldfisher has announced the appointment of leading personal injury partner Megan Goodyer to join its personal injury and medical negligence team in London.
Megan joins from Stewarts law where she previously ran a high-calibre caseload, recovering more than £98 million on behalf of clients.
Megan specialises in serious injury claims for adults and children often left with complex medical and rehabilitation needs, mainly involving brain and spinal cord injury and amputation. Many are living with permanent disability following catastrophic injury on the roads and in public places.
Megan has concluded several complex cases at trial, including litigating on security of damages for clients opting for periodical payments and on provisional damages for people who have sustained spinal cord injury.
