Fiona Boxwell & Sharon Rowley—George Green LLP

New additions for corporate-commercial & private client departments

George Green LLP has expanded its corporate-commercial and private client departments following two appointments at its Cradley Heath office.

Corporate solicitor Fiona Boxwell boasts over 25 years’ experience of acting for businesses both large and small. Having practised as head of a leading  corporate and commercial department in the East Midlands, Fiona is well known for her advanced expertise and meticulous attention to detail.

Head of department, Guy Green, says: “2014 was our busiest year for some time with over a billion pounds worth of transactions concluded in one quarter alone. We anticipate continuing strong activity levels throughout 2015 and beyond and are delighted with Fiona’s recruitment. Her specialist experience in the healthcare, manufacturing and engineering sectors will provide additional depth to our growing team at this busy time.”

Sharon Rowley, specialist wills and probate legal executive, joins the firm’s growing private client practice. Sharon brings with her a wealth of expertise in wills, asset protection, powers of attorney, court of protection and complex probate work.

“Sharon brings with her a wealth of expertise and experience, which will bring huge benefits to the team and the firm’s clients,” says Emma Wing, the firm’s head of private client. “We are dealing with increasingly complex affairs for some clients, but at the same time we are evolving cost effective solutions for more routine private client matters,” she concludes.
