Foot Anstey announces three partner promotions

National law firm, Foot Anstey, which has offices located in Bristol, Exeter, London, Plymouth, Southampton, Taunton and Truro, has announced the promotion of three new partners.

Bristol-based Zahir Nayani and Alexandra Hammond, as well as Exeter-based, Edward Venmore, have been promoted to equity partner.

The promotions are part of Foot Anstey's continued organic growth, investment in the South West and its dedication to nurturing legal talent through its Career Framework for Lawyers.

Zahir Nayani (pictured, left) is a key member of the firm's growing Islamic finance team. His promotion to equity partner is recognition of his knowledge and expertise in high-level real estate investments, alongside his collaborative approach to working with the firm's clients. Zahir also plays a significant role in Foot Anstey's diversity and inclusion action group.

As head of general counsel services, Alexandra Hammond (centre) has coordinated with in-house legal teams and helped Foot Anstey develop and grow new client relationships across multiple industry sectors. Alexandra's extensive in-house experience allows her to understand the demands on stakeholders and help them prioritise business risks and strategic goals.

Edward Venmore (right) has led the farms, estates and rural land (FERL) team and is an integral part of the firm's offering in property litigation and property related disputes, acting for public bodies and leading on partnerships with high net worth individuals.
