Northern firm Forbes Solicitors has expanded its Manchester operation through a series of appointments.
Partners Emma Swan (pictured, right) and Ruth Rule-Mullen have been appointed to the positions of head of commercial employment, and head of public sector employment respectively. In addition, associate solicitor Sal Chowdhury (second right) and solicitor James Barron (second left) have moved to work full-time in the firm’s Deansgate office, which previously acted as a base for the firm’s insurance team.
Jonathan Holden (left), the firm’s national head of employment, said: ‘Moving Sal and James into Manchester city centre is part of the team’s strategy to grow our client base in the Manchester area along with an increase in demand for the services we provide.’
