North West firm Forbes Solicitors has announced the promotion of housing specialist Lucie Cocker to partner.
Lucie has been part of Forbes since joining as a trainee in 2009, and prior to her promotion held the position of associate solicitor in the Chorley office. She is highly experienced in property litigation and housing management: a Higher Court Advocate, Lucie has a particular focus on trial advocacy and regularly appears in the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber). Her areas of interest include tenancy fraud, mental capacity, welfare reform, immigration and homelessness.
