Senior associate joins corporate team in Reading

Gateley Legal has welcomed Mo Shabbir to its Reading Corporate team.

Mo joins as a senior associate from Moorcrofts LLP where he spent eight years progressing from solicitor to associate in the corporate team. He brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise in corporate law.

Mo has a proven track record of advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including private company mergers and acquisitions, SEIS/EIS investments and fundraising, corporate restructuring and advising on corporate governance matters. His dedication to providing exceptional client service and his deep understanding of the corporate landscape make him a valuable addition to the team.
