Gibson Dunn has deepened its market leading global Business Restructuring and Reorganization (BRR) practice with the addition of partner Suzanne Thomson in its London office.

The London team has advised on several of the most significant U.K. and cross-border matters in recent years, including the restructuring of Altice SFR, Altice International, Kloeckner Pentaplast, Ardagh Group, Arxada, Oriflame, and Lycra.
The team works collaboratively across offices and is diversified, covering debtor work, creditor-side restructurings, liability management, private credit, direct lending, and litigation restructuring disputes. In Europe, the practice combines its growing London and Munich teams with the firm's preeminent Paris restructuring practice, a longstanding leader in the French market.
