Give your views on disclosure in court

Lawyers and users of the business and property courts are invited to share their views on disclosure, in particular the operation of PD 57AD and the use of Technology Assisted Review (TAR) and artificial intelligence (AI)

To take part, please complete an online survey prepared by the disclosure review working group, comprising Mr Justice Butcher (chair), Mr Justice Waksman, Master Kaye and Professor Rachael Mulheron of Queen Mary University of London. The working group was convened last summer by the President of the King’s Bench to look into the operation of PD 57AD.
