Hale & Sumption ranked as top thinkers

Baroness Hale, President of the Supreme Court, and retired Justice Jonathan Sumption have been selected for Prospect Magazine’s list of ‘the world’s top 50 thinkers 2019’.
Baroness Hale is described: ‘As a judge, she rigorously dispatches the law— sometimes “we must harden our hearts”—but nudges things in a progressive direction when she has the opportunity, on the definition of domestic violence for example.’
