Harneys welcomes new senior Litigation and Insolvency talent in the BVI
Harneys has welcomed Counsel Olga Osadchaya to its Litigation and Insolvency team in the British Virgin Islands.

Olga has broad commercial litigation and arbitration experience with particular emphasis on complex, high value, multi-jurisdictional commercial and insolvency disputes. Prior to joining Harneys, she worked at other leading offshore law firms in the BVI as well as at Eversheds Sutherland in London, Paris, and Geneva. She is fluent in Russian and French.

Peter Ferrer, co-head of the firm’s Litigation, Insolvency and Restructuring team, commented: “We are delighted to have Olga join our BVI team. Her experience, particularly in the areas of shareholder disputes, injunctive and other ancillary measures, and asset tracing, perfectly complements the broad range of expertise within our team.”

Harneys has been at the forefront of the development of offshore jurisprudence for decades and has been involved in the most significant global disputes winning keynote victories for its clients and often helping shape the law. Offshore litigation, insolvency and asset recovery are core areas of specialisation, with teams spanning the BVI, Cayman, Cyprus, Hong Kong, London, Luxembourg, Shanghai and Singapore.
