Trio of partner promotions announced

Harrison Clark Rickerbys has announced three new partner promotions in its Worcester head office. 

Claire Thompson, who works within the firm's employment team, has been promoted from senior associate to partner after seven years with the firm. Claire advises employers of all sizes on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues and has particular expertise in advising on large-scale business reorganisations and redundancies. 

Rob Cobley and David Bayliss, who work within the commercial team, have also been awarded partner promotions. Rob specialises in intellectual property and technology, while David’s clients range from new starts to international organisations. 

Robert Capper, partner and head of commercial at the firm, says: “We are pleased to recognise the exceptional work of our solicitors at Harrison Clark Rickerbys and to provide them with the opportunities to climb the career ladder within a progressive law firm. The promotions highlight the legal expertise of our lawyers as well as the growth of the firm.”
