Associate appointed to wills & probate team

The Derby office of Nelsons Solicitors has appointed associate Helen Salisbury to its growing wills and probate team.

Helen joins Nelsons with nine years’ experience and previously worked as a solicitor for Ashby law firm Fishers Solicitors.

As an associate and solicitor in the wills and probate team, Helen’s role will focus on trust creation and advice, applying for statutory wills and inheritance tax planning, administration of estates, grant of probate, the preparation and registration powers of attorney, applications to the court of protection and protection of assets.

Helen says: “I’m really pleased to be joining such a well-known and respected firm.

"This is an excellent opportunity for me to progress my career and to work at this level in my specialist area of wills and probate and in particular Trust law. I look forward to working with the experienced team in the Derby office and growing my client base in the area.”

Richard Grosberg, partner and solicitor at Nelsons and head of the wills and probate team, says: “Helen’s hire reflects the need for additional experts within our busy team and is part of our ambitious plans for growth—enabling us to continue to offer our clients a high level of specialist service.

“Helen brings significant experience to the team and I look forward to working with her.”
