Global, sector-focused law firm HFW has continued the growth of its Paris office with the hire of public law expert Rémi Ducloyer.
Rémi advises public authorities and private operators on regulatory, environmental, and public procurement matters, as well as administrative and commercial litigation. He joins HFW as a Partner from Bréon Ducloyer Avocats, the boutique firm he co-founded in 2022.
His arrival strengthens HFW’s offering across regulated sectors and projects, particularly where regulatory, infrastructure, and disputes issues intersect. Rémi’s practice is highly complementary to HFW’s sector focus, supporting clients across aerospace, commodities, construction, energy, insurance, and shipping. He will also work closely with HFW's integrated corporate (M&A and restructuring) and finance teams in Paris.
It also continues the growth of HFW’s Paris office, following the recent arrivals of commercial disputes and regulatory investigations Partner Louis-Alexis Bret and bankruptcy, insolvency, and restructuring Parter Arnaud Pédron.

Rémi has more than a decade’s experience advising on regulatory matters, public procurement, energy and infrastructure projects, and environmental and planning law. He works with a wide range of clients, including major corporates and public sector bodies, and has a strong track record in both advisory work and litigation before administrative and commercial courts.
Rémi previously spent time at Baker McKenzie, Jones Day, and leading French law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel.
