Two partners join personal injury and dispute resolution teams

Daniel Denton and Reema Chugh have joined Hodge Jones & Allen as partners in the personal injury and dispute resolution teams. Daniel Denton joins as a highly experienced serious injury lawyer after acting for countless claimants over the last twenty years. Reema Chugh (pictured) is a highly ambitious Litigation Solicitor, accredited Mediator and a Visiting University Lecturer who acts for private individuals, SMEs, PLCs, Ltd companies, directors, shareholders, property managing agents, surveyors, landlords, tenants, investors and construction companies in their property and commercial disputes.

Daniel brings a wealth of experience in handling serious road traffic injury claims, workplace accidents, amputation, brain and head injury cases. Daniel joins Hodge Jones & Allen from Slater & Gordon, where he worked between 2013 and 2023. At Slater & Gordon Daniel acted in a variety of roles, including CILEX, Senior Associate, and Principal Lawyer. Prior to that, he gained experience at Fentons Solicitors, Thompsons, and Rowley Ashworth.

Daniel began his career as a Chartered Legal Executive, working on cases and with different teams to rise through the ranks. As a Senior Associate and Principal Lawyer, Daniel successfully handled complex caseloads of catastrophic injury cases and lead a team of specialist PI solicitors.

Reema joins Hodge Jones & Allen from Axiom DWFM, where she gained experience as a Senior Associate. She has also acted as the Head of Litigation at leading firms in Oxfordshire and Bedfordshire. Reema specialises in Property related and Commercial disputes.

Reema previously spent time working in India at the High Court, where she shadowed advocates. There she gained a wider knowledge on the international perspective of law and how it is enforced. She is fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu, allowing her to understand and effectively communicate with a wide group of clients.
