Hogan Lovells is expanding its global litigation and arbitration practice with the recruitment of a litigation team from Linklaters in Moscow.
New partner Alexei Dudko will join the firm at the end of the month and he will be bringing a team with him.
Alexei was previously head of the Moscow-based disputes practice at Linklaters, which he joined in 2000. Prior to that he worked in a number of in-house positions with Russian corporates in Moscow and served with the Moscow-based International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Russian Chamber of Commerce. Alexei's work is a mix of arbitration and Russian-based court litigation and he has also developed a significant investigations practice.
Including Alexei and his team, the litigation and arbitration practice in Moscow is now made up of one partner, one counsel, three senior associates, two associates and two trainees.
