A pro bono scheme has been set up for intellectual property owners who lack the means to access legal advice for disputes. IP Pro Bono has been launched by a group of intellectual property (IP) organisations, and will offer free support to small businesses involved in trademark, copyright, patent and design disputes. It will assign a case officer to each matter. Applicants for help may seek advice for all or part of their dispute.
