London law firm welcomes new litigation partner
City-based solicitors Royds has further strengthened its Litigation team, with the arrival of a new partner.
Jacinta Conway joined the law firm’s dispute resolution team earlier this month, bringing with her a wealth of experience in property litigation. She advises on a range of commercial matters but more recently has specialised in landlord and tenant disputes. Jacinta’s areas of expertise include business lease renewals, dilapidation disputes, possession actions, boundary disputes, breach of covenant, services charges, proprietary estoppel, disrepair and joint venture disputes.
Stewart Wilkinson, Royds’ managing partner and head of dispute resolution, says: “We are delighted to welcome Jacinta to Royds. She will be an excellent addition to a team which has already built a first-rate reputation helping clients with a wide range of property disputes.
“Landlord and tenant is a rapidly changing area of the law, with further legislation set to take effect over the next few years. Royds’ clients in the rental sector can be assured that we will keep them up-to-date with all the latest developments they need to be aware of.”
