Jane Halton—Clarke Willmott

New addition for private client team

Clarke Willmott has appointed Jane Halton as a partner in their private client team. This is a move back towards the sea for Jane who started her legal career with Blake Lapthorn in Portsmouth and joins from Gateley LLP in Birmingham where she worked in the private client team for the last 14 years. 

Jane specialises in wills, trusts and estate planning, along with probates and estate administration, powers of attorney and capacity matters.

Anthony Fairweather, partner and managing director of the private client team, says: "I am delighted that Jane has joined us to further strengthen our presence in the Bristol market where our client focused clear thinking approach has led to a 65% growth in turnover in the last three years making us one of the largest private client teams in the area".
