Jerome O'Sullivan—Healys

New senior associate for dispute resolution team

Healys LLP has strengthened its dispute resolution team with the appointment of Jerome O’Sullivan who joins as a senior associate.  

Jerome has extensive experience of high value insurance disputes including contractors all risks, commercial property, business interruption, employers and public liability, director's and officer’s liability, new building warranties and pollution liability. His work also includes both advising in regard to the primary claim and any related third party subrogation claims. He acts for a wide range of clients, both commercial and high net worth, in resolving insurance, property, construction, professional negligence, director and shareholder and insolvency disputes. He also acts for a national engineering, construction and demolition firm on a range of commercial disputes.
