Solicitor re-elected into top legal role
Leading Doncaster lawyer John McQuater has been re-elected onto the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers’ (APIL) national executive committee.
“I am delighted to be able to continue my work with APIL, especially during such a challenging time for injured people, when court fee increases are making access to justice more difficult,” said John who served as APIL president between 2009 and 2010.
The not-for-profit campaign organisation’s 4,000 members are dedicated to improving the law for people made ill or injured through no fault of their own.
“I have 30 years’ experience acting on behalf of injured people and I will continue APIL’s good work in helping them seek the justice they need, said John.
