New appointments within social housing team

Clarke Willmott LLP is expanding its social housing team

Consultant Jonathan Passman joins the commercial property team based in London. Jonathan specialises in social housing, including development, planning and stock transfers. He brings experience from a number of national house building and property companies including Circle Housing, London & Quadrant and Poplar HARCA. Jonathan joins from Devonshires Solicitors.

Jonathan Stokes has been appointed as head of plot sales in the commercial property team and will be working across the in Taunton, Southampton and Bristol offices. Jonathan returns to Clarke Willmott after 16 years working with builder developers and in providing volume legal services for building societies and a high street bank.
